Thomas Lim, the Dean of Thrive Consulting & Academy, and co-author Henry Toi, have written "Think.Coach.Thrive!," a workplace coaching book that uses their PEARL coaching model.
"The quest to fortify antifragility in organisations has never been more urgent. The global operating environment is evolving from being VUCAH – volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous and hyperconnected – to BANI – brittle, anxious, nonlinear and incomprehensible. Managers need to unrelentingly seek ways to develop the most valuable asset they are charged with – human capital – to engender a culture, discipline and space where people are inspired to think to thrive through workplace coaching. Dubbed by experts as ‘seminal’, ‘refreshingly prolific’, ‘novel’, ‘transformational’ and ‘thought-provoking’, Think Coach Thrive! offers people leaders a powerful business model that unlocks human potential and develops antifragility, a characteristic of resilience that defies stressors, impelling one to bounce back even stronger when under stress. Authors Dr Henry Toi and Thomas Lim inventively juxtapose mainstream psychological methods and theories with usable, hands-on leadership applications through a coach’s eyes. Their distinctive PEARLS Coaching Framework methodically guides managers to lead by coaching employees, and in the process, build trust, crystallise goals and move organisations bravely towards their visions. Rich in stories, characters and concepts, the book is easy to grasp, practical, yet fun. It presents business leaders a compass that intuitively harnesses the pearl of every workplace – people." - Epigram Bookshop

Congratulations & Appreciation to the 2023 Wellcoaches PCT Graduates! This 9 month program begins and ends with residential sessions, which in 2023 were held in La Jolla, California. Read on to hear about what the experience meant to some of our students.
PCT graduate Erin Nash wrote of her experience:
"To be considered a “crown jewel” by coaching science pioneer Margaret Moore, aka Coach Meg and learning under the masterful coach, Erika Jackson, has been one of my life’s most proud moments thus far. Last week, I finished my 9-month advanced Professional Coach Training (PCT) program with Wellcoaches. Completing this program with 11 other extraordinary peers over the last 9 months has been eye-opening, exciting, powerful, and transformative for me professionally and personally.
For our clients and our communities, we serve as masterful agents in behavior change, acknowledging and addressing the WHOLE person, and helping people move towards what they WANT IN LIFE. I’m unbelievably blessed and filled with gratitude to have been on this journey with this remarkable group of passionate people and can’t wait to see what the future holds for us and the lives we impact!"
And fellow PCT alum Megan Merchant shared:
"Home from La Jolla, CA, where 11 coach peers, 2 trainers and I completed the Wellcoaches PCT this week.
PCT was so powerful, I wish every university, corporation, and global organization offered this program. There are too many communication, emotional intelligence, and coaching skills and tools to name.
More importantly, life looks and feels on a higher, brighter level for everyone in this photo, and soon everyone we work with.
BEST Experience!!!"
