Kelly grew up in the tiny cowboy town of Sisters, Oregon and has recently returned home after living for five years in New Zealand. Kelly is the owner and lead wellness consultant for Achieve Wellness where she works with individual and corpora...te clients to offer services such as health education seminars, workplace wellness programming and health coaching.
She has worked on the Harvard Institue of Coaching Advisory Board for several years. Kelly has a Masters degree is Health Education and Promotion and she is currently working towards her doctorate.
Greg is co-author of the successful Rodale book: Coach Yourself Thin, is accredited by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. H...e worked as a nutrition educator at the Duke University Diet and Fitness Center from 1998 to 2001 and the Duke Center for Integrative Medicine from 2000 to 2006. Currently, Greg is a nutrition consultant for NBC Universal where he works as the lead nutritionist for The Biggest Loser website.
Erika received an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Otterbein College and a Master's Degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University. She has completed The Coaches Training Institute's Advanced Co-Active Coaching course...s and is a member of the International Coach Federation. Erika is the VP, Training and Operations for Wellcoaches and co-author of health and wellness coaching text such as the Coaching Psychology Manual, 2nd Edition, published by Wolters Kluwer, 2015; Chapter 22, Health & Wellness Coaching; The Complete Handbook of Coaching, 2nd edition (2014); and, A Pilot Study of Health & Wellness Coaching for Fibromyalgia BMC Musculoskeletal Disorders. 2016. 17:457.

With her intuitive approach and 15+ years of experience, Christina's clients discover how to live resiliently in the areas of career and wellness. Certified as a PCC, Professional Certified Coach, through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and The Coaches Training Institute, (CPCC, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach), Christina serves as a coach training practical examiner and mentor coach for the ICF and Wellcoaches.
She received her Master of Art in Education from The Ohio State University, focused on career, personal, and organizational development. Christina founded Performance IMPursuit, Inc., in 1996 specializing in training and development for organizations where her corporate clients include OhioHealth, Bath & Body Works, Honda, Tween Brands, and Nationwide Insurance to name a few. Christina's passion and experience as a coach, mentor, facilitator, and instructional designer has lead her to coach hundreds of individuals and teams in many industries from health care to retail.
Sam has operated his own practice since 1996. His experience is rooted in work as an internal consultant, coach, and manager at The Boeing Company from 1988 to 1996. Prior to Boeing he was Associate Director of Continuing Education at the Unive...rsity of Washington where he also served as a coach for managers. His earliest coaching was in 1973 when he coached professionals who had immigrated to the U.S. and sought employment commensurate with their skills. Sam’s education includes an M.B.A. from California State University-East Bay where he researched performance evaluation, (1977), and coach specific training at the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara (2001), where he also taught coaching from 2002 to 2008. In 2004 he received the status of Master Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF). He also holds an accredited diploma from the Coaching Supervision Academy, London, England. Sam conducts coaching in French as well as English.
Barrett McBride has been coaching professionally for more than 15 years. She is a Certified Professional Wellcoach, and is certified by the International Coach Federation at the Master Coach Certification (MCC) level and is a Certified ICF ment...or coach. Barrett has a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems, a MS in Organizational Development, and a MA in Human Development. In addition to wellness and executive coaching, Barrett maintains a management consulting practice and is an adjunct professor in the University of San Francisco’s School of Management.
Kate has been at the forefront of the personal and professional coaching industry for twenty years. Kate has trained and coached professionals and works with organizations to increase their impact and influence by partnering to increase emotion...al intelligence and communication skills while increasing their stress resilience. She has achieved the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation with the International Coach Federation andcurrently coaches both individuals and teams in the corporate environment. Herclients include the professional corporate community include Fortune 50 companies to entrepreneurs, as well as extensive work with medical facilities, higher education, and a variety of associations and industries. Kate has been a gold certified group fitness instructor since 1983 years and is a certified personal trainer. She has presented in the fitness and wellness industry since 1989 has developed a series of guidance materials for health and life management, including books,CD’s and is the author of Progress Not Perfection: Your Journey Matters and it’s Companion Workbook. Kate is best known for her engaging,down-to-earth, practical coaching style, and the innovative skill-buildingtools she provides to her clients. She gets her message across with sincerity, humor, an acute understanding of human nature, and a talent for creatingworkable solutions to obstacles. Kate has been a faculty member since January 2003.
Michael is an award-winning faculty member and psychologist at Yale School of MPMedicine, where he teaches courses in clinical psychology and conducts research on the effectiveness of his adaptation of motivational interviewing (the basis of hi...s book " Instant Influence"). He and his colleagues have received over 22 million dollars in federal funding for their work over the past decade and have published numerous articles.

He worked at the Duke University Diet and Fitness Center from 1991 to 2001, including 3 years as fitness director. Michael co-founded NOVO Wellness in 2001 and has since helped thousands lose weight and keep it off through NOVO programs and consulting services.
With over 25 years of clinical practice, research and teaching in the health care industry, Darlene is an experienced family nurse practitioner, professional coach, consultant, educator, and researcher Her focus is on caring for the... entire well being of the person and partnering with them to find ways to thrive. She brings her skills to assist her clients to prevent/reduce the risk of disease and better manage chronic conditions as well as to reach higher levels of health, vitality, and well being. Darlene received her academic training at the Universities of Virginia, Washington, North Carolina and Harvard and has many years of clinical, research and faculty appointments at these institutions. In addition to being a licensed Nurse Practitioner and a Professional Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation), she holds numerous advanced health/clinical coaching certifications, is a well-published author and sits on several national advisory boards. Currently Darlene is faculty in multiple ICF-Approved Coaching Programs and graduate university programs, delivers workshops in evidence-based coaching strategies and provides services as a health/well being coach and consultant to individuals and organizations. Darlene also is a guest lecturer for the Science of Coaching courses at Harvard and a contributing team member of the National Consortium for Credentialing Health and Wellness Coaches (NCCHWC). She lives with her family in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
Jessica has over twenty-five years of wellness experience. Jessica joined the Wellcoaches team in 2003 and serves as a faculty member, workshop facilitator, and mentor coach. She is enthusiastic and passionate about learning and teaching. Jessi...ca’s educational background includes Exercise Physiology, Education, Positive Psychology, and Coaching. She is a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coaching Federation and Board Certified Coach designation with the Center for Credentialing & Education.
